Coaching Agreement
About Your Coach...
Your coach agrees to treat all information shared during sessions as private and confidential.
Your coach is not a professional therapist or psychotherapist, but a Telepath, and Wholistic Life Coach, with a Degree in
Psychology, an experienced World Traveler , an Education specialist, trained in Fine Arts, The English Language, History,
Numerology and Kaballah
Your coach is there to teach you strategies to become personally empowered, to be your partner in self discovery, personal
growth, goal setting and goal reaching. Kat. is part coach, part mentor, part accountability partner. Her goal is to help you
discover within yourself the beliefs or issues that are blocking you from getting all you want out of life, and to help elicit from
within you your own best solutions or new ways of being, to live more of the life you want to live.
About your coaching sessions . . .
Kat. will coach “in the moment” in regards to whatever the intention of the client is at the time of the session. This means
that you will be the one to actually determine the overall direction of the coaching, its pace, and eventual outcome based on your level of committment and focus during the coaching process.
You will have one free 45 to 90 minute session scheduled in advance to occur at a set time/ day that you and Kat. will agree on.
At the scheduled time, you will call the coach at the number your coach provides for you, or arrive in person, on time, at the
designated location. In the event that you must cancel your scheduled coaching session, please try to do this at least 24 hours in
advance in respect to the coaches time.
About your responsibilities . . .
I understand that coaching is not advice-giving, psychotherapy or counseling. I agree to seek these or other professional
services, if needed.
I am fully responsible for the decisions and actions I take in regards to my life and affairs.
I agree to be mindful of my own well-being during the course of this coaching process.
I shall in no way hold the coach liable or responsible for any actions I take during or after this coaching relationship.
I understand that the coach makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved and All
Fees are non-refundable.
I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this agreement, that I understand all aspects within it, and I agree to
abide by it.
I understand that the role of the Life Coach is to assist me with improving the quality of my life. I understand that my coach will
be honest and straightforward, and will use challenging techniques to move me forward. If coaching is not working as you wish,
you should let me know immediately so that we can take steps to correct the problem. If either of us recognizes that you have an
issue that would benefit from psychotherapeutic intervention, I will refer you to appropriate resources.
I will not use Life Coaching in lieu of professional medical advice, legal counsel, accounting assistance, business consultation, or
spiritual advice, and for each of these areas I understand that I should consult the appropriate professionals. I acknowledge that
I will not use Life Coaching as a substitute for such professional guidance and further acknowledge that decisions on dealing
with these issues lie exclusively with me.
